"There is shadow under this red rock,
(Come in under the shadow of this red rock),
And I will show you something different from either
Your shadow at morning striding behind you
Or your shadow at evening rising to meet you"

don't know how but ..."some of the lanterns

This is awesome.
I love the colours in it, and the way you managed to show parts of the buildings, as well as the laternss.
I love the way the laterns stand out so much from the rest of the picture.

this is a great shot! the colours are sweet especially the nice contrast of hot and cold colours going on there. :+fav:

"You know what's funny? The act of laughter; which is a sweet contraction of the muscles of the face, and a pleasant agitation of the vocal organs. It's not beauty or in the jurisdiction of ourselves. Simply put, the essence of laughter is...Insanity.

"We photographers deal in things which are continually vanishing, and when they have vanished there is no contrivance on earth that can make them come back again. We cannot develop and print a memory." - Henri Cartier-Bresson

Depressives don't want to be happy. They want to be unhappy to confirm they're depressed. If they were happy they couldn't be depressed anymore. They'd have to go out into the world and live. Which can be depressing.
